Blackstone currently values WMMRC the RE-WMI  entity that is a reissurance company in "runoff" mode. Now this is  without any new business. May have stated that is at elast 80% less than  the actual value of WMMRC and RE-WMI combined. WMI has 32 Non-Debtors  subs that have assets that are not subject to the bankruptcy, so they  are not on the balance sheet. In BK assets are particularly undervalued,  so control can remain with the estate.
 
SNH's were accused of  IT (Insider Trading) and to get out of the depositions, they settled  with Equity, a previously "out of the money" constituency, they worked  really hard to wipe out over the course of the last 3 years.
 
 Now all of the values are just "smoke and mirrors" and after exit we  will see just how much this company has value and where. So, we hope  toget the a POR that puts us squarely in control ( we have over 26B in  NOL's) and eventually that value will flow to the shareholders. If the  POR stays along the lines of the Newly released MOR (Monthly Operating  Report) then we are Golden, because we get control and that is really  all we have needed.
 
Wait till end 10-k for RE-WMI, then the  value will be filed with the SEC and we get to read it as Shareholders  after we have had the first Board of Directors meeting and elected the  board. Also, the Litigation Trust ,ost likely would have made many  settlements that would have satisfied this 160M by then and we will be  debt free and not have to pay any taxes for years. Lat but not least,  think of the M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) we will be able to do!
