StoneHill, denen ja der Ausweg eingeräumt worden war, Alles gegen Lehman Eingereichte von sich aus beizulegen, sind dieser per "Settlement Agreement" eröffneten Möglichkeit ja inzwischen ganz freudig gefolgt!

Also sieht auch der Plan Administrator keine Notwendigkeit mehr, seinen Einspruch gegen das ursprünglich "Geforderte" weiterhin aufrecht zu erhalten,
und zieht seinen Widerspruch gegen das inzwischen durch Forderungs-"Einigung" längst Erledigte - ebenso freudig! - zurück...
