wenn es so wie bei der wamu ablaufen soll,da haben die aktionäre anteile der neuen firma bekommen damit diese die nols verwerten darf.
nur hier sieht es dann VIEL BESSER aus,weil es mehr nolsgelder gibt und viel weniger stammaktien.jetzt werde ich zwei jahre auch noch warten,obwohl solange werden wir wahrscheinlich nicht mehr brauchen,denn diese steuergelder will bestimmt jeder haben.

wir brauchen nur noch abwarten,denn diese escrow kann uns keiner nehmen.
