Sehr steifes Vorgehen einer Bank, die mit der eher routinierten Americanischen Abwicklung derartiger Claim(s) Transfers nicht völlig vertraut ist...

... an Claim(s) Transfers, die jedoch allesammt nach Americanischer Methode eingestellt wurden, wodurch sie, da schon an ihrem Header als simple Forderungs-Verkäufe erkennbar, auch sehr viel schneller durch-clicken lassen...

Hierdurch muss nicht jeder einzelne Eintrag bis in die Tiefe gesichtet werden.

Nach etzlichen Dockets mit Claim(s) Transfers jetzt also wieder ein Forderungs-Rückzug, wenn auch nur ein Rückzieher von  12.592.612,15  U$-Dollares...

Der in seiner Dynamik weiterhin zunehmende Forderungs-HANDEL,
der früher "nur" die Mehrheit aller Docket-Numbers belegt hat,
verschlingt jetzt fast schon die Gesammtheit aller neu hinzu
kommenden Docket-Numbers, momentan sogar über 90 Procent !
