Die dortigen Innhalte scheinen mir auch zu der Tatsache zu passen, dass der Dir "Sincerely" [Mit freundlichen Grüßen] Schreibende sich im vorigen Teil 2 als

SEINEN Hinweis, dass Dein "Claim FORM has been rejected", dass also Dein Forderungs-FORMULAR (beziehungsweise die Art, wie Du es ausgefüllt und/oder mit beweisenden Documenten hinterlegt hast) zurückwiesen wurde, solltest du unbedingt ERNST nehmen!

Dieser Hinweis ist meiner Einschätzung nach so zu lesen, dass das (noch!) nicht mit der Zurückweisung Deiner FORDERUNG seitens der auch in Deinem Auftrag Sammel-klagenden Kanzlei gleichzusetzen ist, zumal der in dieser Sache tätige "Claims Administrator" (also etwa: Forderungs-Einbringungs-VERWALTER) Dir ab dem Teil 3  Deines Scan's durchaus wertvolle TIPPS gibt, wie Deine als mangelhaft eingestufte Forderungs-Einbringung geFIXed (also verbessert, entstört, CORRIGIERT) werden kann.

Aber, @lustag:  Ist die Reconstruierung dieses dritten Teiles ansonsten correct?

Du hast offenbar auf der Form etwas angegeben, was sich nicht ausgeht. Also z.B. irgendwann 1000 Stk. gekauft, dann 500 verkauft, und 600 Restbestand angegeben (oder viel komplizierter als das). Das behaupten die jedenfalls, ich kanns ja nicht kontrollieren. Deshalb wurde Dein Claim teilweise abgelehnt. Oder Du hast einzelne Transaktionen nicht richtig belegt.

Um das zu ändern musst ihnen nochmals schreiben, mit allen Transaktionen, die auch durch Belege bewiesen werden.

Wenn Du also mit der "Determination" (Abgrenzung, Bestimmung, Entscheidung) des Claims Administrator's darüber, welche Teile der von Dir eingereichten Forderungs-Belegung in seinen Augen Anerkennungs-fähig sind, nicht übereinstimmst, die von ihm aufgezeigten Probleme Deiner Forderungs-Einreichung aber nicht "fixen" (corrigieren) kannst oder willst, so kannst Du ihn veranlassen, das Ganze gegebenen Falles auch in der bisherigen Form DIRECT an das Gericht weiterzuleiten, indem Du ihm innert 20 Tagen Copie des Dir zugangenen Briefes mit der Claim(s)-NUMMER und dem von Dir zum Ausdruck gebrachten SATZ, dass Du "request [forderst] that the Court review the rejection of your claim" [dass das Gericht die vom Administrator zum Ausdruck gebrachte Zurückweisung überprüft].

Das aber wäre in meinen Augen nur DANN ratsam, NACHDEM Du versucht hast, dem Administrator bei der Behebung derer von ihm aufgezeigten Probleme zu helfen und danach TROTZDEM den Eindruck haben solltest, dass das zur Durchbringung Deiner Forderung vielleicht nicht ausreicht.

Endbestand ist natürlich der am 15.9.2008. Du könntest sie danach längst verkauft haben und würdest dasselbe bekommen.
