Fühle mich derzeit etwas gemüdet und berichte dann später...

Die wahrnehmbare ORDNUNG derer Chapter-11-Verfahren nimmt ab ihrer Mitte meist spürbar zu. - Zunächst werden wie von einer Reste-Rampe grob verschiedene Dinge
auf ein- und die selben Gerichts-Termine gekippt...

Ab circa der MITTE des Verfahrens werden immer mehr GLEICH-gelagerte Dinge auf ein- und die selben Gerichts-Termine "adjourned" (Gerichts-terminlich anberaumt), was auch dem Laien den jeweiligen Sachstands-Überblick sehr erleichtert.

Früher haben wir Beispiels-weise die ausmachenden Beträge derer OMNIBUS-Objections aus der Halde gänzlich ANDERER Gerichts-Entscheidungen des SELBEN Gerichts-Tages erst mühsam heraus-klauben müssen.

Das hat sich, wie aus der obigen Auflistung schon deutlich wurde, seit Anfang November 2011 spürbar VEREINFACHT.

SUBPOENAs bringen unseren LEHMAN Brothers auch weiterhin GELD, weshalb wir hier in diesem Discussions-Faden ein eigenes Thema zu diesen Subpoenas aufgemacht haben:

Doch waren auch schon bei denen 24 (!) Subpoenas, die uns Theologe damals mit "Goldman Sachs gets 24 Subpoenas from Lehman on Derivatives" berichtet, nicht so sehr die darauf möglicher Weise vereinnahmten Verwarnungs- oder Erzwingungs-Gelder selber bedeutsam, sondern die vermittels der jeweiligen Subpoena "producierten" (also zum Vorschein gebrachten)  DOCUMENTE  (Lateinisch: producere = hervorbringen, zum Vorschein bringen, an's TAGES-Licht bringen).

In diesen per SUBPOENA hervorgezwungenen Schrift-Stücken und sonstigen Documenten liegt jeweils der eigentliche GELD-Wert zu Gunsten unserer LEHMAN Brothers, weshalb auch nur solche Documente per Subpoena hervorzwungen werden, deren Vorenthaltung der LEHMAN Brothers Holdings Inc. einen ihr zustehenden NUTZEN vereiteln oder einen ihr illegal zugefügten SCHADEN verewigen würde.

Wir sind also stets gut beraten, von Zeit zu Zeit einen Blick darauf zu werfen, wie es an der ERZWINGUNGS- und HERAUSGABE-Front jeweils aussieht...

Was mir bei denen ganzen SUBPOENAS stets erneut auffällt:

Genau JENE Banken, die mit Staats-Garantieen oder practischer Weise gleich in BAR mit Staats-KNETE förmlich überschüttet wurden, stehen als Addressaten LEHMAN'scher Subpoenas offenbar ganz obenan.

Und dass diese seltsame Spitzen-Gruppe dann wiederum von Goldman SACHS angeführt wird, vermag angesichts der massiven staatlichen Protection gerade DIESES Institutes wohl kaum zu verwundern...

Möglicher Weise besteht hier ein Zusammenhang zu dem damaligen Gerücht, dass etliche Banken wegen "derivative Liabilities", also wegen derivativer Verpflichtungen, staatlich bailouted oder sonstwie protegiert werden "müssen".

Und in diesem Zusammenhang wiederum interessant ist natürlich die Frage, wie HOCH die derivative Liabilities dieser Bank-Institute gegenüber unserer LEHMAN Brothers Holdings Inc. denn eigentlich sind!

Die LEHMAN Brothers haben ja bekanntlich einen Teil ihrer EDV leider verloren. - Kann es vielleicht sein, dass einige Bank-Institute diesen Umstand ausgenutzt haben, indem sie zwar die Staats-Knete eingesteckt haben, ihren vermuteten derivativen Verpflichtungen gegenüber LEHMAN aber nicht nachkommen wollen?

Wenn dem so ist, dann bin ich dafür, dass es weitere LEHMAN'sche Subpoenas regnet...

dass banken, die unter dem schutz der regierung stehen (warum auch immer) verklagt werden bzw klagen gegen diese zugelassen werden. scheinbar sind unsere richter nicht unbedingt duckmäuser. aber mir fehlt hier trotzdem noch JPM, um mein glück perfekt zu machen

 

Diesmal bewegen wir uns wieder in einem "normaleren" Rahmen von 57% Short-Volume
