Company Signs NDA and Enters Negotiations with Private Philippine Company Toronto, Canada – (For immediate release) – June 21, 2012

AsiaPac Capital Services Ltd.: Deutsche Börse symbol: 5AP (www.asiapaccapital.ca) announced today that it’s Asiapac Green Renewable Energy Corp. (AGREC) subsidiary has signed a non-disclosure agreement and has begun negotiations with a Philippine company seeking entry into the hydropower development sector.
There are four projects under consideration; which include:

• 2.8MW Upper Siffu River project
• 3.0MW Lower Siffu River project
• 2.4MW Tanudan River project
• 3.0MW Dicapan River project

The negotiations are in the early stages, but have laid out a basic approach to bringing these projects online. Each project will be set up as a separate joint-venture. Construction of the projects will be financed solely by the new joint-venture party. In addition, AGREC will recover all costs incurred in the pre-development stage to bring the projects to this stage of development. Once the projects are brought online, AGREC will receive an ongoing share of net income from operations on an ongoing basis.

Asiapac president Samuel Lee notes; “We have worked hard over the last couple of years to bring these projects along to the point where we could attract outside financing to undertake actual construction. Completing the necessary feasibility studies, and obtaining all the relevant government approvals is a long and complex undertaking. We feel confident that the projects represent an excellent investment now that we have successfully navigated our way through the pre-development stage.”

The Philippine company which is seeking to take on these projects is a subsidiary of a major Austrian company. Additional announcements will be made once a definitive agreement has been completed.

dann bin ich mal gespannt ob wir aus diesem loch nochmal hoch kommen.

Das wäre sehr gut, wenn ein Europäisches unternehmen bei ihm einsteigt. Das verleiht ihm dann wieder etwas Glaubwürdigkeit und dürfte den Aktienkurs, wenn/falls Die Aktie wieder gehandelt wird, beflügeln!

hoffen wir mal, dass das ganze schnell "stattfinden" wird!

Aber Fakt ist eben dass es hier schon mehrer Ernten gegeben haben müsste und somit Einnahmen. Und wenn ein Erdbecken,Tsunami oder Grossbrand alles zerstört hätte, hätte uns dies Lee bestimmt gebeichtet.

es ist erst einmal für uns "wichtig", dass die aktie wieder was "wert" ist!
