Management advises that it has absolutely no knowledge of any charges being brought against it and further that it has not been contacted by any regulators concerning such charges. In addition, as AsiaPac is incorporated in Canada, management has retained Mr. Grant Sawiak of Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto as legal counsel to the Company in Canada. Sieht ja schon mal recht vielversprechend aus. Ich habe Lee heute eine EMail bezüglich der neuen Regulatorien an der frankfurter Börse geschrieben. Mal sehen ob er darüber schon informiert wurde.
