thats huge.
Remember: Jpig wanted to give the money to WMI, in the early days. But, FDIC-R stopped it. We know why, today. The deal had not closed, and the 30 days windows to file against takeover.
If the money moved out, the liablity for FDIC would be larger.
Could you please take this info, Send it as letter to JMW and UST.
You need to get this on the docket, that this info is know. So, Rosen/Sussman/JPig/FDIC dont give away something that belongs to WMI shareholder..
Let me know, I'll do it, but it's your find, you should submit. Pre-Examaner would be ideal!

234304 As I have been checking the Proceeds of the Complaint of WMI and WMI Inv. Corp. against the FDIC filed in the District of Columbia, in the Deposit Claims they say that at the time of the seizure WMI had 28 Deposit Accounts in WMB and one more (the 29th Deposit Account) in WMBfsb, It seems that the remaining one in WMBfsb is the 4.15 bill. account. So I assume that they did transfer all the WMBfsb accounts except the 4.15 bill. from June 2008 to March 2009.
As of March 2009, 20 accounts were transferred to other financial institutions, 3 accounts of Non-Debtor Subsidiaries remained held by JPMC and another 6 accounts of the Debtors WMI and WMI Inv. Corp. also remained held by JPMC.
It's clear to me that when they acquired the stock of WMBfsb as an asset of WMB, they merged WMBfsb into JPMC becoming instantly liable for the deposit accounts held by WMBfsb.
So, the FDIC has not rigth to setoff these deposit accounts on any claim they might have against WMI.

Last year there was a VP of WAMU on the Ghost board, that wrote about the hustle and bustle of two things that happened from Sept 15-Sept 24th..
He said "we may have contributed to our own demise by moving the money!" He was talking about
1. 4 Billion that needed to be moved from orders fo the board.
2. over 4 Billion that was required by the Fed (FHLB seattle and FHLB San Francisco) out of WAMU and into anoher bank. It may have been Wells or BofA. I don't think he said JPM, but he may have, I didn't save the post..
Anyone with Ghost access could try and get the board over there to recall. The information XOM found was from June 30, WAMU was not seized until sept 25th, that is many moons away from June 30. Lots of transactions may have transpired during this time with said funds..
He said "they use a 16 Billion bank run as the excuse fro seizing us, we had to move half of that in 8 days.." We may have caused our own seizure!" Doreen Logan affidavit verifies what this man was saying. He was a VP in Seattle...
Go DD Ghost back in Sept or Oct of last year and you will find what I am talking about.. I thin khis username had something to do with VP.
He said things were very hectic during this time period because they had many potential buyers people all over the place, snooping around, in their books etc.. Then all of sudden one day they were all gone and no deal, that is when many employees started to panic. He said "it was eerily quiet" TOO QUIET !!
