Das gute Stück steigt langsam aber stetig seit 2 Wochen nach oben und keiner merkts. Konnte keine News finden, aber vielleicht steht hier was Grosses an aus dem aktuellen Bohrprogramm des Joint Ventures mit Newmont Mining  o. aus einem der weiteren zehn Projekte.

Assays are pending for the six remaining holes. Miranda has not yet evaluated the implications of the drill results but plans to do so by updating its 3-D model.

Drill samples were collected with a reverse circulation drill using five-foot sample intervals. All samples were sent to ALS Chemex Inc. of Reno, Nev., for sample preparation and for analysis.

Gold results were determined using standard fire assay techniques on a 30-gram sample with an atomic absorption finish. Strict systematic quality control/quality assurance (QA/QC) protocols are followed including the insertion of standards and blanks into the sample stream.

Horse Mountain exploration update

Barrick Gold Corp. has informed Miranda that drilling at the Horse Mountain project is scheduled to begin in mid-October. The drill program will include four to five holes for a total of approximately 10,000 feet (3,048 metres). The program will include a follow-up to mineralization in drill hole BHM-001 drilled in 2005. Results for this hole, which had been released on Dec. 15, 2005, are presented in one of the tables.

The data disclosed in this news have been reviewed and verified by company senior geologist, Steven Koehler, PGeo, BSc, geology, and qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Das zweite Bohrloch BRH-012, das ca. 1.900 Fuß westlich von BRH-013 liegt, schnitt mehrere Zonen mit alteriertem und oxidiertem Karbonatgestein in der unteren Platte, die erhöhte Werte von Arsen und anderen Spurenelementen aufwiesen. Die Goldwerte von Bohrloch BRH-012 weisen keine signifikanten Anomalien auf. Beide Bohrlöcher wurden bis in eine Tiefe von 2.200 Fuß vorangetrieben.

Mit einem Reverse Circulation-Bohrer wurden in Abständen von fünf Fuß Bohrproben entnommen. Alle Proben wurden zur Aufbereitung und Analyse an das Inspectorate Laboratory in Sparks, Nevada, geschickt. Die Golduntersuchungen wurden anhand von 30-Gramm-Pulps mittels Standard-Brandprobentechniken und Atomabsorptionsmessung ermittelt. Strenge Protokolle über Qualitätskontrolle/Qualitätssicherung (“QA/QC”) werden eingehalten, wobei Standard-, Doppel- und Leerproben eingefügt wurden. Eine erneute Untersuchung des mineralisierten Intervalls in Bohrloch BRH-013 bestätigte die ursprünglichen Ergebnisse, wie aus der nachstehenden Tabelle ersichtlich:

Die Lundin Familie hat sich auch bei Miranda eingekauft, wie am 14.09.2007 bekanntgegeben wurde. Die Familie hat  eine kanadische Gesellschaft mit einer Cap. von 4,7 Milliarden Dollar !

Im Placement hatte Miranda seine Interessen voll durchgesetzt und konnte einen Warrentpreis von 1,5$ ansetzen. Somit zeigt sich, welche Kurserwartung alle Beteiligten von Miranda haben.

... ausserdem ist es immer gut, einen finanziell potenten Geldgeber als Investor zu haben.

Wie ich hörte hat sich der RSR Miranda angenommen. Gut möglich, dass die den Titel weiter covern. Warum nicht? Wenn er dem Aktionär gute Chancen bietet, kein Thema.

Von allen Blättern, ist der RSR mein persönlicher Favorit. Die meisten BBs kann man getrost vergessen. Der RSR hat eine gute Performance vorzuweisen.  

Gold ist heute schon wieder schön im Plus! Kurzfristig könnte Gold etwas korrigieren. Mittel und langfristig muss Gold steigen, wegen der Geldmenge derzeit.

Miranda im Brief mit 0,91 Euro Cent. Könnte ein Tag unter Pari werden. 5 k werde ich noch nachkaufen heute Mittag.

Sehr gut! Der naechste Kanada Brief liegt bei 1,33  $ pari 0,94 Euro. Deutschland ist derzeit noch einen Tick guenstiger.

Irgendeinen GRUND muss es doch geben, wieso der CHART der Miranda Gold Corp. (WKN: 900519; ISIN: CA6046731031; Symbol: MRDDF) gegen Ende JULI 2010 plötzlich so auffällig wird.

To date, Montezuma's drilling has been permitted through a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the Bureau of Land Management. The NOI limits surface disturbance to a maximum of 5 acres (2 hectares). A Plan of Operations/Permit for Reclamation (POO) was filed in March 2010 with the Bureau of Land Management and is expected to be approved later this year. The POO will allow for the drilling of 31 holes in the first phase. When complete, the POO will allow for up to 24.6 acres (9.96 hectares) of surface disturbance and increased flexibility in drill testing a variety of targets across the project.

The Red Canyon project includes 254 unpatented lode mining claims (7.9 square miles / 20.6 square kilometers) on the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend and adjoins U.S. Gold's Tonkin Springs property to the west. The project covers an erosional "window" that exposes hydrothermally altered and brecciated lower-plate carbonate rocks that are age equivalent to the rocks hosting the Cortez Hills gold deposit"...

"Vancouver (British Columbia, Kanada), 21. Juli 2010. Miranda Gold Corp. (Miranda) (TSX-V: MAD) gibt bekannt, dass sein Explorationsfinanzierungspartner Montezuma Mines Inc. (Montezuma), ein 100%-Tochterunternehmen von CMQ Rsources Inc., mit den Reverse-Circulation-Bohrungen bei Red Canyon, einem sedimenthaltigen Goldprojekt in Eureka County (Nevada), begonnen hat. Es ist ein 7.200 Fuß (2.195 Meter) umfassendes Bohrprogramm mit acht Bohrlöchern geplant.

Montezumas Bohrungen werden versuchen, die Ergebnisse von MR09-05C eines Kernbohrlochs aus dem Jahr 2009, das konzipiert wurde, um die bekannte Goldmineralisierung auf Red Canyons Grundstück Ice nachzuverfolgen, das 119 Fuß mit 0,152 Unzen Au/t (36,28 Meter mit 5,25 g/t Au) durchschnitten hat, zu erweitern. Dieses Ergebnis bestätigt die Ergebnisse von KR-001, eines Reverse-Circulation-Bohrlochs, das 95 Fuß mit 0,117 oz/t Au zwischen 20 und 115 Fuß (29,0 Meter mit 4,012 g/t Au zwischen 6,1 und 35,1 Meter) durchschnitt. Der Gehalt war jedoch um 30 %, die Mächtigkeit um 25 % höher. Im Rahmen des Programms werden die geologischen, geothermischen und geophysikalischen Ziele südwestlich von MR09-05C in einem Gebiet mit komplexen Brüchen und Falten erprobt.

Miranda Gold Signs New Exploration Funding Agreement for Angel Wing

"Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, August 05, 2010 /FSC/ - Miranda Gold Corp.  (MAD - TSX Venture), announces the termination of the exploration funding agreement with White Bear Resources Inc. and subsequently a new exploration funding agreement with Ramelius Resources Ltd. ("Ramelius") (ASX: RMS) on Miranda's Angel Wing project.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ramelius will fund US$4,000,000 in qualifying expenditures over a five-year period as an initial exploration expenditure.  Ramelius can then earn a 70% interest in Angel Wing by completing a positive feasibility study over a four-year period or by annually funding $1,000,000 in exploration and development during the next 10 years. The first year's commitment of $350,000 is an obligation and includes a minimum of 4,000 ft (1,219m) of drilling.

Ramelius plans to conduct detailed mapping, rock chip sampling, expansion of the soil geochemistry grid and geophysics to refine the strike and dip of the epithermal veins at Angel Wing.  In areas where the veins are poorly exposed, IP/resistivity geophysics is being considered as a tool to guide the placement of drill holes.

Project details

The Angel Wing project consists of 87 unpatented lode claims (7.3 sq km) in northeast Elko County, Nevada. Past work has consisted principally of mapping and sampling. High-grade, surface samples up to 2.700 oz Au/t (92.5g Au/t) occur in steeply dipping quartz-calcite-adularia "bonanza" veins within Triassic limestone. The high-grade veins remain untested by drilling in a zone measuring one mile (1.6 km) along strike, 1,200 ft (366 m) wide and at depth. Surface sampling has also identified disseminated, sediment-hosted gold mineralization up to 0.044 oz Au/t (1.507 g Au/t) in silicified and clay altered Paleozoic and Tertiary rocks. Historic past shallow, vertical drilling targeted disseminated mineralization, returned up to 0.047 oz Au/t over 50 ft (1.609 g Au/t over 15.2m) in drill hole DC-7.
