Nicht wirklich gute Infos auf Investor Relations - und bei download our annual report, bekommt man den von 2001!
Das ist doch die Höhe - was zum **** interessiert mich der Report von vor 4 Jahren - tsssss.
Also ich wäre dankbar wenn ihr die Infos die Ihr zu dem Wert habt, und die Gründe, wieso Ihr meint dass diese Aktie steigen sollte - ausser natürlich das sie rein optisch mehr als billig erscheint - postet!

finger weg! der ceo hat noch nie einen angekündigten deal abgeschlossen, stattdessen lässt er sich regelmäßig mit aktien bezahlen, die dan schön verkauft werden. war selbst lange genug investiert und konnte gott sei dank noch zu über 0,10€ verkaufen. man sieht ja, wo der kurs heute steht. damals wurden riesen deals angekündigt kein einziger kam zu stande. momentan wird mit öl und gas geworben. mal sehen was draus wird. hab einen haufen dividendenaktien von den tochterfirmen bekommen, die bis heute nichts wert sind, geschweige denn an der börse gelistet wurden. fahmann ist ein betrüger. auf wallstreet-online werden angebliche insiderinfos gepostet, die sich dann auch in luft auflösen. dies geschieht mittlerweile seit ca 2 jahren. kann sein, dass das ding mal hochgezockt wird, aber fundamental ist das ding tot. das eigenkapital ist so negativ, dass die klitsche in deutschland dicht wäre.

However, we have decided to refocus on what we do best and continue to invest in selective opportunies that will create enduring value for our shareholders. Recently, we have significantly increased our merger and acquisition activities, both advisory and proprietary, in the US and abroad. We have also engaged in unique opportunities, especially in the oil and gas business through our subsidiary Providential Oil & Gas, and in other industries, which we believe will bring tremendous benefits for our shareholders both in the near term and in the long term.
