Wir haben da eine Marktkapitalisierung von 308 Millionen, davon dürften momentan nach Abzug der Schulden ca. 180 bis 190 Millionen durch Cash und Wertpapiere abgedeckt sein, so das noch ca. 125 Milllionen durch die Beteiligungen abgedeckt werden müssten, deren anteilige Umsäzte in etwa diesem Wert entsprechen.

Das wäre eine Kurs-Umsatz-Verhältnis von 1. Üblich sind bei vergleichbaren Umsätzen Kurs-Umsatz-Verhältnisse zwischen 5 und 10. Welches enorme Kurspotenzial als in Internet Capital schlummert, ist relativ leicht nachvollzuziehen.

Ehe die momentane Shortseller-Spekulation zusammenbricht, sollte man also drin sein.

bei solchen Deals einen Riesen-Bonus. Vermute mal, da bleibt für die Aktionäre kaum was übrig - zumal der Walter und seine Kumpels in der Vergangenheit schon besonders hemmungslos zugegriffen haben.

was hat unser lieber Libuda/Flankerstan/Heinrich seit 15 Jahren ununterbrochen ausgerechnet wieviel die ganzen versteckten Assets wie die Bude Anthem Ventures etc alles wert sind. Tausende Berechnungen angestellt mit seinen Luftwerten. Jetzt geht der ganze Rumms für 40 Mill. über die Theke, Bolt hat sich am Ende auch als wertlos herausgestellt. Folio wurde viel zu teuer eingekauft, einzig VelocityEHS war etwas wert.

Fazit: 15 Jahre Investitionszeitraum für ne gepflegte Nullrendite

Bin ja eigentlich nicht schadenfroh, aber ihm gönne ich den Flop von Herzen.

Finally, shares of Actua skyrocketed 25%. The cloud computing expert in specialized software-as-a-service markets said that it will sell off its three majority-owned businesses and wind down its operations. Actua will sell its VelocityEHS management software solutions platform and its Bolt Solutions insurance digital distribution platform unit to private equity company CVC Growth Fund, while financial services provider Envestnet (NYSE:ENV) will purchase Actua's FolioDynamix wealth management platform. The sale prices total $549 million, and Actua expects to net $472 million to $502 million and then distribute substantially all of the remaining money to shareholders. That will leave Actua with minimal assets that it will then work to wind down, and at the end of the day, investors should end up with roughly a quarter to a third more than where the share price was before the announcement.

nur 7% pro Jahr - aber besser als nichts.

die das nicht schaffen werden, weil sie nicht so günstig bewertet sind wie Actua vor 10 Jahren.

dein geschwurbel ist wirklich lächerlich.  

7% pro Jahr über einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren zufrieden.

schon seit Tagen kaputt! Deswegen erst jetzt etwas verspätet herzlichen Glückwunsch OPAL! Du bist der Beste...! Jetzt schmeiß ich mich wieder weg! Wirklich lustig....!  

und meine Shares sofort verkaufen. Die versprochenen zukünftigen Ausschüttungen sehe ich nach dieser Aktion als nicht gesichert an.
Deshalb "Spatz in der Hand...."

und daher habe ich auch schon etwas verkauft - auch wenn der Preis m.E. noch nicht der beste ist.

Spätestens wenn die Ausschüttungen - für 2018 angesagt -  erfolgen, sollte man meines Erachtens, aber verkauft haben, wenn die momentanen Kursgewinne beim Verkauf steuerfrei sind, weil sie aus einer Zeit stammen, als die Kursgewinne noch steuerfrei waren.

Denn ich bin mir unsicher, wie die deutschen Steuerberörfen diese Ausschüttungen behandeln.

wozu wir aber weitere Infomrationen über die Zordnung der Cash und vor allem den Wert der 9%-Beteiligung an Anthem Venture benötigen, die uns bisher verschweigen werden.

wenn du die Mannjahre, die du mit deinen Aktivitäten hier verbraten hast auch nur halbwegs korrekt in Rechnung stellst, war das ein riesengroßes Verlustgeschäft.
