TORONTO, April 25, 2013 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW  Diamond Fields International Ltd. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin 2013-0368 dated April 12, 2013, the Common Shares (Symbol: DFI) will now be delisted at the close of business on Friday, May 10, 2013 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
