According to the Legal Opinion of King & Wood Mallesons on the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd., convening and holding procedures of the General Meeting of the Company were compliant with the Company Law, the Securities Law, and the requirements of the relevant laws, administrative regulations, the Rules of the General Meeting and the Articles of Association. The qualifications of the persons attending the General Meeting and the convener are legal and valid and the voting procedures and voting results of the General Meeting were also legal and valid.
