Luxembourg: B 186 312 7.000% Senior Notes due 2022 ISIN Code: XS1071420027; XS1072200204 We would like to announce that Mr. Volker Walprecht is joining Systems & Components Solutions Segment (SCS) as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Managing Director of HX Holding GmbH effective as of today. He will be based in Bochum and will be succeeding Michael Andersen who, as already announced in July, will leave our organization in order to take on new tasks outside the HX Group. Michael will remain as the interim CEO of HXS as well as the person responsible for reporting to the financial institutions of Galapagos Group until 31 December 2015. Volker Walprecht is a seasoned CFO with extensive national and international experience. He has been involved in creating significant value, in particular during his time as CFO at the Oil & Gas Division of Siemens AG and at Grammer AG. Before that he was many years with VDO, while it was part of Mannesmann Group, then Siemens AG and later Continental AG. Volker worked in France, Germany and the UEA in various financial and management positions. He holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Essen. We thank Michael Andersen for his work and contribution during the change of ownership and the company's reorganization into three separate segments.
