Galapagos S.A. 7.000% Senior Notes due 2022 ISIN Code: XS1071420027 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2021 ISIN Code: XS1071411547 5.375% Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2021 ISIN Code: XS1071419524 We would like to announce that the Investor Call of Galapagos Holding S.A. previously scheduled for Thursday, December 3 2015 will need to be postponed. This is due to technical reasons as Mr Michael Andersen, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Kelvion Group, who will host the call, is traveling in Chennai, India, where the current flooding situation unfortunately does not allow a stable telephone line. We regret needing to postpone the call at such short notice and apologize for any inconvenience caused. The Investor Call has now been rescheduled as follows: Wednesday, 9 December 2015 3.00 pm CET, 2.00 pm GMT, 9.00 am EST Galapagos Holding S.A. will present Financial Information of Galapagos Group for the third quarter and the nine months ended September 30, 2015. Participants must register in advance of the conference using the link provided below.
