PENTAGON PROTECTION PLC - Statement re restoration of trading and change of name

                           ("YOLO" or the "Company")

                   Restoration of Trading and Change of Name Restoration of trading

Further to the announcement made on 11 July 2014, the Company is pleased to
announce that restoration of trading on AIM in the Company's shares is
scheduled to occur at 07:30 on Friday 18 July 2014.

Investing Company

The Company will be classified as an investing company pursuant to the AIM
Rules. The Company's investing policy is set out in the circular to
shareholders dated 24 June 2014.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 15 the Company will have to make an acquisition or
acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 or otherwise
implement the investing policy approved at the general meeting to the
satisfaction of the London Stock Exchange within twelve months of becoming an
investing company, being 11 July 2015.

Change of name

The Company announces that its name has changed from Pentagon Protection plc to
YOLO Leisure and Technology plc. The Company's TIDM will change to YOLO from 18
July 2014 to reflect its new name.

Change of registered office

The Company's registered office has been changed to 18 Buckingham Gate, London,
England, SW1E 6LB.

Change of website address

The address of the Company's website has been changed to www.yoloplc.com.

Admission to AIM

Application has been made for admission to AIM for the 47,046,148 new Ordinary
Shares issued pursuant to the original Subscription announcement on 24 June
2014, the 36,557,683 new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Second
Subscription announced on 15 July 2014 and the 7,257,116 new Ordinary Shares
issued in lieu of fees associated with the transaction. Admission is now
expected to take place on 22 July 2014.
