Lancaster Colony Increases Regular Cash Dividend; Reelects Three Incumbent Directors

WESTERVILLE, Ohio, Nov. 15, 2017

Voting at the annual meeting, shareholders reelected three incumbent directors: Robert L. Fox, Account Executive at Sweney Cartwright & Co.; John B. Gerlach, Jr., Executive Chairman of Lancaster Colony; and Robert P. Ostryniec, retired Chief Product Supply Officer of Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

David A. Ciesinski, Chief Executive Officer of Lancaster Colony, said, "The increased regular cash dividend reflects the company's continued strong financial position and will be the 218^th consecutive regular quarterly cash dividend paid by the company since September 1963."  He noted that the indicated annual payout for the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 is $2.35 per share, up from the $2.15 per share paid in fiscal 2017.
