L.B. Foster Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH, July 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- L.B. Foster Company (NASDAQ:FSTR) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a $0.04 per share regular quarterly cash dividend on its issued and outstanding shares of common stock.  The dividend is payable Friday, September 23, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 9, 2016.

There are currently approximately 10.4 million shares outstanding.
