NEW YORK, July 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hynes Keller & Hernandez, LLC is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of InterCloud Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICLD) ("InterCloud" or the "Company") concerning possible breaches of fiduciary duty arising from, among other things, the Company's alleged issuance of false and misleading statements to investors.
Specifically, various articles were published enthusiastically touting InterCloud's stock. The authors stated that they had not been paid by InterCloud to publish the favorable articles. However, on March 13, 2014, an article on SeekingAlpha.com disclosed that the authors of these articles were affiliated with the stock promotion firm The Dream Team Group ("The Dream Team") and that InterCloud had paid The Dream Team to begin a misleading campaign designed to boost InterCloud's stock price without disclosing that The Dream Team was paid by InterCloud to promote its stock.
