HDR Partners, Sweden appointed as strategic advisor.

NattoPharma announced May 4th 2009 that there recently has been
established contact with several industrial companies who wish to
enter into dialogue about the possible acquisition or merger with
NattoPharma. In order to ensure shareholder value in the best
possible way, the company has prioritized the work to find the most
optimal solution, both with regard to the value and type of
transaction for the company and its shareholders. NattoPharma has
appointed HDR Partners in Sweden as the company's strategic advisor
for this process.
 
HDR Partners is a financial advisor with specialist competence within
the Nordic Life Science and Technology sectors. The four partners
previously held senior positions at the two leading investment banks
in the Nordic region. HDR has rapidly expanded its business and today
represents the leading M&A-team within Nordic Life Science and
