NEW YORK, April 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. ("Kandi" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: KNDI) concerning whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.
In November 2016, Kandi announced that its Chief Financial Officer had resigned. On March 13, 2017, the Company disclosed that it would be forced to restate its previously issued financial statements for 2014 and 2015, and the first three quarters of 2016.
