On May 24 at 10:30 am PT/1:30 pm ET, William Clough, CUI Global's chairman, president, and chief executive officer, will present at the 19^th Annual B. Riley FBR Institutional Investor Conference in Santa Monica, California. He and Daniel Ford, CUI Global's chief financial officer and chief operating officer of its Energy Division, will meet with investors that day.

On May 30, Mr. Ford will meet with investors at the 15^th Annual Craig-Hallum Institutional Investor Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
