The earnings release will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at https://ir.chinafinanceonline.com/.

The Company's management will host an earnings conference call on December 29, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (or 9:00 a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong Time on December 30, 2020).
