ArcBest Honored with Four Quest for Quality Awards

FORT SMITH, Ark., Aug. 9, 2017

ArcBest carrier ABF Freight received two Quest for Quality Awards, in the National LTL and Expedited categories. ArcBest's premium logistics provider Panther received an award in the Expedited category, and U-Pack, a service of ArcBest, was honored in the Household Goods & High Value Goods category.

Previously, ABF Freight received the National LTL Carrier award in 2015 and the Expedited award in 2016. It is the fifth consecutive year Panther has received honors in the Expedited Motor Carriers category.

The annual Quest for Quality Awards mark the culmination of a six-month research project conducted by Peerless Research Group. Transportation service providers are rated on on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations.
