London, UK, 23 October 2019 - Dialog Semiconductor Plc (XETRA: DLG), expects to report higher than anticipated revenue and profitability for the quarter ended 27 September 2019 (Q3 2019). For Q3 2019 the Company expects to report revenue of approximately US$409 million, 2% above the high end of the revenue guidance range communicated on 30 July 2019, which was US$360 million to US$400 million. As a result of the higher revenue in Q3 2019, the Company expects to report operating profit of approximately US$85 million and underlying1 operating profit of approximately US$104 million. As at 27 September 2019, the Company held cash and cash equivalents of US$1,171 million. The Company will publish its results for Q3 2019 on 6 November 2019. 1.
