Dear Shareholder,

As the end of the first quarter of 2013 approaches, I would like to update you on the progress that we have made during the last several months and to outline the goals we have set for the Company. As you may be aware from our press releases, we have continued to secure distribution agreements for our content across the globe and believe that these agreements will provide the necessary platform required to monetize future projects. Additionally, we have announced new senior leadership and a new advisory team that is focused on driving the business forward.

We believe 2013 is going to be a pivotal year for the company, a year where we develop growth and deliver shareholder value for our constituents. We do know that we are playing in a market that is challenging, and we have made significant changes to our execution and our performance in order to address those challenges.  We now have a clear strategy in a path toward accelerating revenue growth, which will accelerate our earnings growth.

We have concentrated management's efforts on securing certain concert projects that have both a broad and youthful fan base, and that have readily received the marketing and logistical support of our theatrical distribution partners. Over the next several weeks, we look forward to sharing these projects with our shareholders via announcements that will outline the projects, the artists, and their unique distribution strategies.  

I am encouraged by the many expressions of support from our shareholders, and I will continue to work hard to address the thoughtful comments that we receive from you on a daily basis. It is our job to increase the intrinsic business value of the Company through new production and distribution properties, and we feel that stage is now upon us. Thank you for your continued support.
