Further to the announcement on 4 August 2016, the Company wishes to correct the total number of voting rights declared. This should be 36,536,049 to include the 1 Class B Share which is a voting share. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 36,536,049. Shareholders may use this total voting rights figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and under Chapter 5.3 of the Financial Supervision Act.
