Mr. Meikleham, Chairman and CFO, stated, "On behalf of the board I am pleased to announce the following key employees and consultants in our wholly owned Canadian subsidiary; Mr. Richard Groome, has been appointed as Canadian President and Strategic Marketing Officer, Mr. Robyn Jackson has been appointed General Manager (Logistics), Mr. Leo Benne, Chief Technology Officer (Agriculture), Mr. Grahame Entwistle, Project Consultant, Agricultural Facilities, Ms. Jo-Ann Gunn,  HR & Administration Officer, and Mr. Doug Murray, Investment Relations Consultant."

Plans are well underway to finance and build the first urban Cubic Agriculture growing facilities of its kind in the world using the revolutionary CUBIC FARMING method and to move into full commercial production starting with Boston Butter lettuce, Basil, Spring Mix and Spinach.
