U-Pack Celebrates 20 Years of Residential Moving

Since its first customer moved in October 1997, U-Pack, a nationwide relocation service that specializes in long-distance moving, has handled more than 1 million household moves.

U-Pack is celebrating this milestone with a documentary-style video that showcases the human side of moving and gives viewers a glimpse into the mixed emotions people feel when they go through a significant life change.

Over the summer, the U-Pack team followed four customers on the journey to their new homes and documented their experience. Once each move was complete, the customers were asked to stop by a local studio to talk about their U-Pack move. Though the customers thought they were just going to answer a few questions, U-Pack had something else in mind — a $20,000 surprise to help each of them get started on their next chapter in life.
