Turner Valley Oil & Gas Engages Balencic Creative Group and Appoints Jordan P. Balencic, D.O. To Advisory Board

HOUSTON, Dec. 19, 2016

The Advisory Board was formed to support the Company in the execution of its business research, development and marketing strategies as it embarks on its goal of becoming a leader in the business holding industry, with specific focus in the restaurant and health markets. 

Dr. Balencic's primary focus in an advisory capacity will be to assist management in executing planned acquisitions already under letter of intent and researching and vetting innovative businesses, products and opportunities, which align with the Company's philosophies and long-term goals. He has founded numerous companies in the healthcare marketing, social enterprise, and medical product development areas and currently specializes in new medical technology and regulatory shifts such as hemp and alternative medical products.

About Jordan P. Balencic, D.O.

Dr. Balencic, is a physician of Internal Medicine and successful entrepreneur, and currently serves the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs as a Primary Care Physician. Dr. Balencic is a Professional Fellow for the Social Enterprise Institute at Elizabethtown College where he mentors emerging startup founders and social entrepreneurs on healthcare innovation and lean startup methodology. He has extensive consulting and healthcare advisory experience for both private and public companies. Dr. Balencic is also on the Board of Directors of True Nature Holding, Inc., a company pursuing a roll-up of businesses in the compounding pharmacy industry. Dr. Balencic completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at Pennsylvania State University, obtained his Medical Doctoral degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gannon University.
