Trius Holdings S.C.A. announces the evaluation of its options for its investment in the ista group Essen, September 30, 2016. Our indirect shareholder Trius Holdings S.C.A. has informed us of today's decision to evaluate strategic options regarding its participation in the ista group of companies. This may potentially include a full or partial divestment. A change of control may trigger certain rights under the Senior Secured Notes issued by Trionista HoldCo GmbH and Senior Subordinated Notes issued by Trionista TopCo GmbH as well as under certain existing financing agreements of the ista group. The operations of the ista group will continue in the normal course of business independent of any decisions at the shareholder level. With our products and services, we help to sustainably save energy, CO2 and costs. ista specializes in sub-metering, which is the individual metering, billing and transparent communication of energy and water consumption data for multi-family buildings and commercial properties.
