TietoEnator strikes a new path for customer service with an IT solution for T-Mobile Germany

TietoEnator has developed an IT solution for T-Mobile Germany, which enables to connect the classical front and back office in the customer service. Unlike in standard systems for CRM and contact management the information about a single customer request is available independently of the channel at any time.
With the new IT platform the distribution and further processing of customer requests are automated throughout the enterprise. Thus T-Mobile Germany furthermore optimizes its service on both economy and customer orientation point of view. TietoEnator's solution allows the biggest German mobile operator to start the next stage of developing the existing collaborative CRM system.
For now 600 customer service agents work with the new solution. "T-Mobile receives a modern IT solution, with which their multi-channel strategy is realized comprehensively. We developed the channel spanning platform to achieve integrated sales control and to ensure that all customer requests are handled within defined service levels and by the best suitable employee," says Michael Graben, Managing Director with TietoEnator in Munich.
