Swank Capital and Cushing® Asset Management Announce a Constituent Change to The Cushing® MLP Market Cap Index

DALLAS, April 25, 2017

DALLAS, April 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Swank Capital, LLC and Cushing® Asset Management, LP announce an upcoming interim constituent change and special rebalancing of The Cushing^® MLP Market Cap Index (the "Index"). Per the Index's methodology guide, a constituent change due to a distribution cut will take place on the earlier of the distribution ex-date or the last trading day of the current month. Due to the April 24, 2017, distribution cut announcement by Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ), after the market closes on April 28, 2017, (the last trading day of April 2017) and effective on May 1, 2017, WPZ will be removed from the Index and NGL Energy Partners LP (NYSE: NGL) will be added to the Index.

Additionally, because WPZ is an incumbent constituent with a weighting exceeding 3.5%, per the Index's methodology guide, the Index will be rebalanced and all constituent weightings will be adjusted effective on May 1, 2017, as shown below.

The new constituent weightings show below are predicated upon the unitholders of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) approving the acquisition of ETP by Sunoco Logistics Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SXL) on August 26, 2017, which would result in the constituent change and rebalance of the Index previously announced on April 19, 2017. If SXL has completed its expected name change to "Energy Transfer Partners, L.P." and ticker change to "ETP" by April 28, 2017, SXL will remain an Index constituent under the new name and ticker at the weight shown below.
