TORONTO, Jan. 16, 2018 /CNW/ - Summit Industrial Income REIT ("Summit II" or the "REIT") (TSX: SMU.UN) announced today that it will be issuing its results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2017 on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 20, 2018. A conference call hosted by Summit II's management team will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 9.00 am ET.
