WOONSOCKET, R.I., Sept. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Summer Infant (USA), Inc. ("Summer Infant" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: SUMR), a global leader in infant and juvenile products has announced it will be donating over 200,000 products to the charitable organization, Save the Children, in support of post-hurricane relief efforts.
Thousands of families and children were affected by the unprecedented number of hurricanes that have impacted the United States, from being displaced from their homes to losing even the simplest of everyday conveniences. Summer Infant will be donating more than $40,000 worth of items such as toddler drinking cups, SwaddleMeÒ swaddles and blankets, plush comfort toys, and nursery health care kits. Their hope is that these items will bring some comfort to families touched by these disasters.
