COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Aug. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- As publicly announced at the end of June, STL Marketing Group, Inc. (the "Company" or "STLK") held its Annual Shareholder Meeting this past July 31st, 2014 at its corporate headquarters. This annual meeting adheres to the requirements of the OTC and the SEC, as well as the Company's Corporate Governance Guidelines. The various proposals by the Board of Directors were voted on and approved by the majority of the Company's shareholders. The minutes of the Annual Meeting can be seen on the Company's OTC Markets web site under its ticker symbol – STLK.
The Company has been instructed by its Board of Directors to issue an Annual Report on the Company's progress to date. This Annual Report should be issued prior to the Company's upcoming 10Q.
Additionally, and in keeping with the Company's practice, a shareholder call will be held on Friday, August 15th, 2014 at 2:30 pm, Mountain Standard Time. This will be an operator assisted call with a short presentation followed by a Q&A session. The call in details have been publicly disclosed and can be found on the Company's filings in the OTC under Supplemental Information.
