Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of Stewart Information Services Corporation ("Stewart" or the "Company") (NYSE: STC) to Fidelity National Financial, Inc.
