On May 11, 2017, DXP announced that the Company would be unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2017.  According to the Company, the delay is due to the resignation of DXP's director of tax at the end of 2016, as well as the resignation of DXP's manager of public reporting in March of 2017. 

On this news, DXP's share price fell $1.00, or 2.81%, to close at $34.49 on May 11, 2017.
