Roxgold Graduates to the Toronto Stock Exchange and Changes Stock Symbol to ROXG

TORONTO, March 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Roxgold Inc. ("Roxgold" or the "Company") (TSX.V: ROG) is pleased to announce the Company has received final approval to graduate to the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"). The Company's common shares are expected to commence trading on the TSX at the market open on March 30, 2017 under the new symbol "ROXG". Concurrently, the Company's shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
