No stranger to the community, Mike is a native of Halifax County and currently resides in Clarksville with his wife Nancy and daughter Victoria. Rowe is a 1985 graduate of Longwood University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration before going on to complete the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management Program in 1997.
