Riverside Partners Announces Definitive Agreement to Sell Thinklogical to Belden

BOSTON, May 4, 2017

Headquartered in Milford, Connecticut, Thinklogical offers the most robust line of uncompressed, high-bandwidth signal stream and flexible switching options, making the Company's solutions ideal for high-availability applications such as command and control, intelligence, broadcast control rooms and post-production environments. Riverside Partners acquired Thinklogical in 2010.
