RCI Extends Filing Date of Annual Report

HOUSTON, Dec. 13, 2017
HOUSTON, Dec. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) has filed with the SEC an extension of no more than 15 calendar days to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2017. As soon as the company has determined the date it will file, RCI will issue its customary news release announcing the date and time of its FY17 fourth quarter and year end news release and accompanying conference call. Earlier this week, the company reported the filing of its 10-K might be delayed due to time lost as a result of the hurricane in September and the transition to a new accounting system in October.
