Quantum Materials CEO Stephen Squires to Speak at Rice Center for Quantum Materials Launch

SAN MARCOS, Texas, Jan. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Stephen Squires, CEO and founder of leading North American quantum dot manufacturer Quantum Materials Corp (OTCQB:QTMM), will be speaking at the launch event for the Rice Center for Quantum Materials (RCQM) on December 16th, 2014. The RCQM launch continues Rice University's leadership in the exploration of exotic nanomaterials in attracting top faculty and students and by inviting the world's leading experts to Rice to collaborate on research.

"We have a long association with Rice University and are looking forward to participating with Rice's leading experts in quantum materials at the RCQM Launch," said Stephen Squires, Founder and CEO of Quantum Materials Corp. Mr. Squires will be participating in a panel discussion on 'Quantum Material - Perspectives and Opportunities' moderated by RCQM Director Prof. Qimiao Si, along with Neal F. Lane, Rice professor and former Director of the National Science Foundation and the White House Office of Science and Technology, Prof. Elihu Abrahams of UCLA, Dr. Charles Day from Physics Today, and Prof. Laura Greene of UIUC – who is also the Vice President Elect of the American Physical Society.
