OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Feb. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:QTS), an international provider of data center, managed hosting and cloud services, announced today that it will hold its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (10:00 a.m. Eastern Time), on May 4, 2017. The Annual Meeting will be held at QTS' corporate headquarters, located at 12851 Foster Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66213. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2017 will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
