The notification on the right to dispose of a certain number of shares
Chelyabinsk, Russia - November 25, 2016 - Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (LSE, MICEX-RTS: CHZN) has received notification, on November 24, 2016, from the JSC Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company that as at November 23, 2016 it indirectly controls 51,792,903 ordinary shares in the PJSC CZP through the companies:
- NF Holdings B.V. (direct control 31,433,338 ordinary shares or 58% of the existing issued share capital of Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant);
- JSC PROMTEHSTROY (direct control 10,784,886 ordinary shares or 19.9% of the existing issued share capital of Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant);
- JSC Technocom (direct control 5,197,636 ordinary shares or 9.5905% of the existing issued share capital of Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant).
This represents 95.567% of the existing issued share capital of Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant.
Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant is the leading Russian zinc and zinc alloys producer. In 2015 the plant produced 171,002 tonnes of salable SHG zinc.
According to consolidated IFRS accounts, revenue in 2015 was RUB 24,013 mln and EBITDA was RUB 4,789 mln.
Ordinary shares of CZP are traded on the Moscow exchange under ticker CHZN and Global Depository Receipts (GDR) are traded on the London Stock Exchange under ticker CHZN.
