Pacific Insight Electronics Announces Election of Directors

VANCOUVER, Nov. 12, 2015

A total of 3,178,712 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"), representing 53.67% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares as at September 29, 2015, being the Record Date for the Meeting, were voted in connection with the Meeting.  Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the election of directors.  The voting results for those shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting for each nominee for election as a director are set out below:
