One Square Advisory Services GmbH: Steilmann SE - One Square Advisory Services GmbH elected as joint representative for the secured bonds 2014/18 (WKN: A12UAE) and 2015/17 (WKN: A14J4G) Munich, August 3rd, 2016 During today's bondholders' meetings CMS Hasche Sigle was elected as joint representative for the unsecured bond 2012/17 (WKN: A1PGWZ). One Square Advisory Services GmbH stood for election as joint representative only for the secured bonds 2014/18 (WKN: A12UAE) and 2015/17 (WKN: A14J4G) and has been elected in both. As joint representative for the secured bonds, One Square Advisory Services GmbH will aim to maximise the realisation value of the security and will assess further claims the secured bondholders may have. As joint representative, One Square Advisory Services GmbH assumes the bondholders' rights and obligations in the insolvency proceeding and will file the bondholders' claims for repayment of capital and interest with the insolvency administrator. In case individual bondholders also file such claims with the insolvency administrator, the insolvency administrator will reject the bondholders filing due to double filing. On 7th September 2016, the insolvency administrator will report on the status of the insolvency proceeding at a creditors' meeting. One Square Advisory Services GmbH will represent the bondholders in that meeting and will report the outcome to the bondholders. One Square Advisory Services GmbH keeps registered bondholders informed about the proceedings and is available for further questions at any time, especially under steilmann@onesquareadvisors.com.
