One Square Advisory Services GmbH: Steilmann SE - creditors' meeting on 7th September 2016 Munich, September 9th, 2016 At Wednesday's creditors' meeting, the insolvency administrator Dr. Frank Kebekus reported on the status of the insolvency proceedings at the local court Dortmund. As the elected joint representative for the bonds 2014/18 (WKN: A12UAE / ISIN: DE000A12UAE0) and 2015/17 (WKN: A14J4G / ISIN: DE000A14J4G3) One Square Advisory Services GmbH represented the bondholders of the relevant bonds in that meeting. One Square Advisory Services will provide the written report by the insolvency administrator to bondholders providing proof of their bondholder position, in form of a current deposit statement (dated September 7th, 2016 or newer). Inquiries must be sent via email: steilmann@onesquareadvisors.com or via fax: +49 89 15 98 98 22. During the creditors' meeting the insolvency administrator Dr. Frank Kebekus was confirmed in his position. A creditors' committee has been appointed with One Square Advisory Services being part of it. Additionally, the creditors' meeting decided to transfer major responsibilities from the creditors' committee to the creditors' meeting. In the future, all major decisions concerning amounts in excess of EUR 300,000.- must be approved by the creditors' meeting. Bondholders therefore have a significant influence on these decisions.
