New VIASPACE Website Features Giant King® Grass Bioenergy And Animal Feed Applications

The VIASPACE website covers the advantages of Giant King Grass for renewable energy, and compares Giant King Grass to fossil fuels, solar and wind in terms of cost and carbon dioxide emissions.  Direct combustion and biogas power plants are described as well as the ability to upgrade biogas to high-quality for injection into the natural gas pipeline. Giant King Grass can be made into energy pellets and biocoal to be used as a low carbon fuel in existing coal power plants.

Giant King Grass when cut every 40 to 60 days is excellent animal feed with high protein content and palatability for cattle, dairy cows, sheep, goats, camels and other animals.
